The Aims and Objectives The Institution “Human Resource Development Institute” For NE Region was established in the year of 2013. The Aims & Objectives of the Institute

1. To make the people/student aware of all kinds of anti-social activities, capable to stand against natural calamities, etc.
2. To maintain and promote national unity, Integrity, and Solidarity among the student/ people belonging to different caste & communities.
3. To provide self employment scope & setup computer & skill development training center.
4. To uplift the living conditions of the area, through assistance of the government.
5. To establish and maintain School, Library, Information center, Adult education center, Sanitation health & Hygiene to organize awareness programme.
6. To work promotion of cultural exhibition, educational tours, meeting, discussions seminars, etc. Such activities will impart theoretical knowledge to the student and give a right direction to their talents.
7. Try to exchange of views, ideas knowledge and experiences for population and development of appropriate technology and culture.
8. Organized Talent Search Examination Class I to XII (SEBA/CBSE, Medium English/ Assamese/Bengali/Bodo) which conducted every year to build up the competitive awarness among the students from very beginning step of their educational journey to gain confidence to face various Regional/State/National level competition test and to nature their talents providing Scholarship and Cash awards.
9. After successful completion of their respective courses, students sponsored by the Institute will be given a joint platform for further development of their talents.
10. The career guidence course/ workshop for the preperation of Postal, Bank,JEE,NEET,APSC, UPSC, NET, SLET, Entrance, etc.

About the Merit Test & Rules of Examination:
Human Resource Development Institute has been organized the “Merit Test” from
(Class II to X (SEBA/ CBSE/SSA/Vidyabharati/Jatiya Vidyalaya Medium English/Assamese/ Bodo) its establishment not only to creative a competitive awarness among the students community but also to provide a Regional/State/National level platform for impliftmen & Introduction of General Knowledge & Reasoning along with other important subject in the test.)
1. Examination will be held on twice within the year. “1st Merits test” will be held on any Sunday of the month of Sep/Oct (The first half portion of the concerned classes) and “2nd Merit test” will be held on any Sunday of the month of Feb/March.
2. SEBA/ CBSE/SSA/Vidyabharati/AJB/ARBA approved courses constitute the syllabus with the following marks distribution For Class II to X English medium and For V to X Assamese medium English Grammar, General Mathematics, General Science, Reasoning and General Knowledge Each 20% Marks & II,III & IV only for Assamese medium (MIL) Literature, General Mathematics, Social Science, Reasoning and General Knowledge Each 20% Mark.
3. There are separate sets of question papers for different classes.
